Dogs and their owners will find new Service Animal Relief Areas or SARAs in the concourses beyond security and close to the gates at Raleigh-Durham International. There’s a fake fire hydrant surrounded by astroturf, a water fountain and bowl, plenty of dog waste bags and a sink where humans can wash up after their companions have done their business.
